MF Strawson Ltd is a family owned property development and land management business. It is run by the two brothers Paul and Niel Strawson and was formed over 80 years ago by great grandfather.

The company specialises in both commercial and residential property development. On the commercial side it has developed and built industrial units, medical facilities for the Primary Care Trust and doctors and a number of mixed use retail schemes. The company concentrates its activities in the East Midlands area and has completed a number of schemes in North East Lincolnshire.

On the residential side it is involved in not only building houses and flats, but also acquiring parcels of land, designing a scheme, obtaining planning permission, putting in the roads and services and either building out the houses or selling of plots to individuals. Examples of schemes in North East Lincolnshire include 41 houses at Golf Course Lane, Waltham and 13 flats on Bargate in Grimsby.
